Hello! Thanks for dropping by. I hope that means you like my pictures. I am relatively new to the world of photography but am lucky to have a job that involves travelling Europe and Asia, I have a terrible memory and felt I was risking forgettng the wonderful things I've seen if I failed to capture my travels on (digital) film.

I starting taking snapshots with a HP Photosmart 3.2pixel camera in 2002, but soon got the bug and outgrew its functionality and wanted better quality images. I bought a Canon Powershot A620 at a computer market in Taipei a few years later and soon after got talking to a photographer at a wedding who told me about Flickr. I have since taken tens of thousands of images and counting, most of them unremarkable but the better ones get published in my photostream. I love the feedback, and maybe just maybe oneday will make explore!

in 2008 I was lucky enough to be given a vintage CANON film SLR which highlighted the benefits of a good fast lens! and now in 2010 have my first DSLR, I hope it will open up new creative doors. I now take more shots of people than ever before and for this I think the DSLR will make a real difference!
