I try to make work that challenges the perceptions of many traditional narrative forms, most notably, Print Media and Photography. I received my formal photographic training and a Bachelor of Arts degree at Virginia Intermont College. I received a Master of Studio Arts Photography degree by James Madison University in 2009. My artwork is influenced by the aesthetic ideas of Dick Higgins, Robert Heineken, Rose Selavy, and Frederick Sommer.
