My wife bought me a Sony A6000 mirrorless camera for my 50th birthday in 2015 which, without trying to be too dramatic, changed my life. I'd only had point and shoots before which just came out on holidays, and I knew nothing about the mechanics of photography. So I took a couple of courses in London and since then have been hooked for 10 years now, taking one of my now small collection of cameras out whenever and where ever the mood takes me. Still trying to find my way but having lots of fun - and spending too much money - en route.
