I am a native Los Angeleno who grew up in the Highland Park & Eagle Rock communities of Los Angeles. I attended Eagle Rock High School and studied Economics as an undergrad at UCLA (94-99). At the age of 18 I acquired my California Real Estate Salesperson License and have been an active agent for 20 years. In 2014 Trulia & Real Trends ranked me in the top 0.1% of all agents nationwide.

I have been been featured in the Los Angeles Times Real Estate section twice in 2007 for my expertise in residential real estate sales and unique niche marketing and most recently in the Online Publication Top Agent Magazine topagent.rehcorp.com/ in 2012.

In 2010 I founded the company Real Estate Heaven. In only it's 4th year of business the company has boasted nearly 1/2 Billion Dollars in gross real estate sales and in 2014 Inc. Magazine recognized Real Estate Heaven as one of the FASTEST GROWING privately held companies in America on their 2014 Inc 5000 List. Real Estate Heaven is currently home to OVER 130 Agents & Broker Associates fluent in over 6 different languages. I am still actively involved in Real Estate Heaven's Growth & Development.

In 2013 Real Estate Heaven was ranked #443 on the Hispanic Business 500 List comprised of the 500 Largest US-Hispanic Owned Businesses AND I was personally ranked on the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Practitioners in the Nation by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

In 2013 I assisted in the development of Mortgage Heaven, mortgage brokerage specializing in residential financing.
