I wonder if she is Loreena McKennitt's sister. You know, the hair and face and dreamy art... Beautiful work, lady. :-)

Passiflora is a truly talented woman with an eye for photography. Each photo in her photo-stream is a well composed work of art, awakening your imagination and inspiring creativity. The imagery demonstrated in her self portraiture is not only breath-taking but unique and evocative. Each landscape photo is compelling, leading the viewer to vicariously gaze, dreaming of being there. Maryelise is a magical brew of light and dark, softness and passion, divine dreamery and rapturous reality. Each image she posts is one worth spending time with... Her visions, and the words she chooses to support them, beguile me every time. She is a truly beautiful spirit. :-)

The most forgiving person I know and an excellent artist as well. A very caring person.

I don't remember what it was that originally drew me to maryelise, perhaps it was her gentle and sharing spirit. I know it was her intensity of feeling and and her ability to communicate through her words and images that kept me comming back. I love the way she responds to my smartass comments - a genuine sweetheart.

Maryelise is one of my very first friends here on Flickr. I want to thank this very beautiful, sensual woman for sharing herself so openly. She is a wonderful person to know here and I am honored to have been selected to be a friend of hers. Thank you, Gray

I'm not sure you need a "better" camera. You seem to be doing fine with what you have. Limitations make great art.
