PARCA, Partners & Advocates for Remarkable Children & Adults, has been providing quality care and support to people with developmental disabilities, since 1952, helping them to reach their greatest potential for happiness and independence.

PARCA provides independence training for adults with developmental disabilities; a recreational and educational child care program for children with and without developmental disabilities; respite care services for children and teens with developmental disabilities; and family support services that include information, referral, recreation and social gatherings, advocacy and support programs.
