I can't help myself, but I need to write a testimonial for Paul. Paul is a brilliant photographer which I always look forward to see his latest photo. Why?? simply due to the rare quality that his photo have. What makes his photo really stand out from others is due to his brilliant composition and exposure control. How he arrange the elements inside his photo and how he use the light mesmerize me. We can learn a lot just by looking at his photo. Truly a gem and my best of wish for you Paul. :)

What is there to say that hasn´t been said about Paul yet? Let´s see...He is, without a doubt, a talented and technically very versed, superb landscape photographer and a wonderful inspiration and benchmark for my own work. I feel we share the same fanatic passion when it comes to nature and landscape magic. Without Paul, I would probably not have started venturing into panorama photography. What makes me return to his photostream over and over again however is not only the beauty of his excellent, serene compositions, but the interesting and humorous stories he likes to share with us as well. Not only that, but the kind attention he manages to give to his flickr friends makes him a very approachable and valuable companion on this journey to perfection. I´m very thankful for that. Paul is a perfectionist. I have not met Paul face to face (yet), but I feel a connection to this talented photographer as though we are old friends. There is very little i can say to compliment his incredible portfolio of images that has not been said. It would be best to take a few hours off and scroll through his stream and let Paul's obvious passion speak for itself. I lived in Cape Town for awhile and I remain awestruck at the way Paul has shot this area and her surrounds. Paul's dedication for the Cape is like a lover over his muse. They push each other to new heights. May this affair last forever. Oh he has taken some pretty cool shots of Namibia too - hmm - I hope she's not cheating on me ;)!!! Your an inspiration Paul!

I have to agree with everyone here--I am so thankful that I found Paul's photostream a year ago or so. His work is exceptional and stunning, and one could almost imagine that he lives in some wonderful alternate reality where everything is beautiful, magical and lit from within. But the best thing about Paul, is that he is a kind, generous and friendly person who is always willing to share his techniques, which is rare in this world of photogrpahy.

THE MASTER OF VERTORAMAS What a wonderful gentleman that I have met here on Flickr. Paul is a gifted photographer brimming with talent, love and a deep sense of beauty. He brings sensitivity and soulfulness to his nature photos and his photos are not only beautiful, they are supreme. Paul has an incredible eye for form and composition. I also feel like he knows way more than me technically which makes me super jealous but I love him anyway - ;) When I first stumbled across his images on Flickr, I was amazed and inspired to do better photography on my own, and I've really been influenced by his style: moody skies, reflections, ultra-wide focal lengths, combined with low-angle shooting, and some of the best-produced Vertical Panoramas I have seen. He influenced me to invest on a costy ultra wide lens as well-;) Here we have him "THE MASTER OF PANORAMAS" I am particularly taken with his landscapes, but I also admire his abilities to describe his great work in beautiful words.
