Hmm, what can I say? I'm new to photography. I did not really start getting into it until my colleague (s4ints) started showing me his stuff and giving me tips. :)

I don't really expect to be some superb photographer with an in-depth knowledge of lighting and composition because I'm too much of a lazy bum to work very hard at it.

I hope to take photos that come across as amusing and interesting. Something that tells a story.

My toys tend to be the focus of my photo sessions because it's hard to find willing live subjects who do not object to have their faces plastered on public forums. There's only so much self-portraits I can take before people get tired of my face. :D

I'm also a sucker for comments. I knoooow I shouldn't be concerned about comments so much, but I always get a thrill when someones considers my photo worthy enough for a small comment. :)

Goals I Plan To Achieve in 2009 (modified from my 2008 goals):

1. Composition because boring pictures are poo (status: still getting there...)

2. Lighting because leveling can only do so much (status: still in the dark. Haha. Get it? In the dark? Yeah..hahaha...sigh.)

3. Making live people pictures look good (status: getting better at it, I think.)

Hoping To Accomplish:

1. Personal Wallpaper

2. Photo Comic Strip

3. Use the mini tripod given to me as a gift! (Status: YAY! Done! Using it quite often now)
