I have the opportunity to have made my hobbies to be my daily work as a media entrepreneur. My main assignment today is to work as editor and with development at the all swedish outdoor and nature tourism website Inatur.se wich also includes marketing and social media networking. Social media is another hobby that I combine with work, just like this at Flickr.

I am also editor and co-owner of the business magazine Näringsliv i Norr published in the northern parts of Sweden; Norrbotten and Västerbotten with 14000 ex in circulation.

In the beginning - at the age of 16 at upper secondary school I went to forestry school... to simplify: learn to handle a chain saw and later on also forest harvester. Well to work as a timberman was not my spot and too tiresome for me who just wanted to stroll around and enjoy the nature through the lens... I had some wasted years unemployed and part time worker at the Systembolaget (Swedish alcohol retail monopoly)

But I never left my hobbies so after a while my wildlife photographing and writing lead up to journalism and media education. At the age of 25 I found out that I was fulfilling a dream... My media education lead to a employment as a reporter and desktop editing at the local newspaper NSD.

I realized that I was not finished yet so I quit job and attended a web-editor education, btw the first of it's kind in Sweden. Directly after education Billerud Karlsborg paper and pulp mill hired me as a information clerk. Only a couple of months later Sveaskog got my attention. They are Sweden's largest forest owner - and they were about to hire a web editor. At Sveaskog I found my way back to the forest. I know my knowledge as a timberman combined with my new skills in media togheter was my ticket to the job and the last part to fulfil my dream. I stayed at Sveaskog editing and developing their corporate website and internal web information for six years. So... I found my self that my spot was a little shady... I was not ready yet so I quit at Sveaskog and started my own company 1 january 2007: Process Media and become a part-owner of Näringsliv i Norr. My first client was: Sveaskog... for their project Inatur.se - and that project still is my main assignment.

I think I finally found my spot in the sun - I have the opportunity to do what I love to do most and I do it for living: writing, networking, photographing... also includes fishing, exciting adventures, snowmobiling and so on... I better stay focused...
