California native living in New Hampshire, via decades in Texas (which explains a lot). I've been a researcher, a storyteller and healer of sorts. I know and am interested in lots of not-very-important things and have big gaps when it comes to some important things. Even so, I've recently retired from self-employment and am enjoying more time for family, crafts and philosophizing.

Pictures help me increase my powers of observation, remember places and people, find painting inspiration and have an excuse to spend hours with Photoshop.
