The Painted Cookie evolved over my boys' toddler years. Having prior experience with cake design, I made the transition to cookies in 2002. the first few years I donated to local charities and gave away a LOT of cookies! My first real big job was to design a cookie for the White Plains Neiman Marcus's 100th Anniversary in 2007. This is when I purchased my first copper cutter from CopperGifts.com. And it has been a wonderful ride ever since.
