Observez ce qu’elle fait mais aussi ce quelle écris : Elle est touchante par sa candeur, par sa reconnaissance émouvante quand vous prenez le temps de commenter. Pagnolle manie la simplicité et la complexité tout en nuance tout en contraste comme le ferait un peintre aquarelliste soit avec de petite touche d'humour soit avec de belle composition lyrique, soit avec précision. je fais référence ici à ses photos de bâtiments qui sont d’excellente qualité. Chère Pagnolle: You have a special gift; it's the talent of finding the right word at the right moment. It's comments like yours making us other photographers 'tick' and every time I see your lovely icon I smile because I know I'll find something kind to my photos. So, why is my testimonial starting with praise on your comments, when this is all about taking photographs? Because that's how I got to know you, only a short time ago, but made you into a friend already! You got to my pictures, I don't know how and you started writing, you asked questions, you offered views and it all was so interesting that I HAD to get to know the person behind the funny female version of Pagnol better… Your pictures speak the same language, they are full of tenderness for the life, they tell stories, they come across showing your feelings, you do the most amazing B/W shots and you are one of those rare people who seem to have a special radar to touch the nerve of the chosen subject, to see the person behind the picture and to understand without having everything stamped out in ink. Thank you so much, dear Michelle, for your kind and encouraging comments, for your wonderful, meaningful and often tender photos. It's true, you force people like me gently to use my (far less than perfect) French, to improve it when I reply to you or when I utter my opinion on your photos; but this is definitely a bonus because it makes me use this beautiful language spoken in this part of my home country. And if I find it too difficult, I just speak in English (although not my mother tongue I use it with more ease and confidence) and YOU understand, because Montreal, Quebec is bilingual - great!!!
