Ever since a young age photography has fascinated me. From beautiful landscape views, to more abstract and intriguing pictures and of course everything in between.

I started off by using standard compacts for my own photos, such as holiday snaps and it has only been the last 4 or 5 years before it became more of a serious hobby. The first SLR that I used (I used to borrow this) was a Canon 300 (film) and it was with this that I really fell in love with photography. I then decided that I should invest in my own digital SLR and had my heart set on the Canon 450 and decided that I would eventually treat myself to this. But my wonderful girlfriend beat me to it and bought me one for my birthday!

Everything I know is mainly self taught and I love being inspired by the fantastic photos on here...... feedback and comments on my photos are most welcome!
