I'm an interior designer who moonlights making jewelry of stone beads and sterling silver as well as funky accessories out of recycled sweater felt. (Currently the manager of 1st Rate 2nd Hand Thrift store in Tucson, and not doing as much creative work as I would like...)

My style is irreverent and unpretentious. Dramatic. Modern and asymmetrical. I love color and texture and to play with contrasts in my work. Mixing up materials, sparkly and rough, precious and found, opaque and transparent really excites me and creates a conversation within the room or the piece. I usually prefer materials with a sense of personality to them…a little rough or imperfect is more interesting to me. A sense of humor is always important.
