Our Place Our Plan is Tettenhall & District's (covering Stockwell End, Aldersley, Palmer's Cross, Tettenhall, Tettenhall Wood, The Wergs, Castlecroft, Finchfield, Compton and Wighwick) very own Neighbourhood Plan.

The plan will set out the community’s ideas for where it thinks new houses, shops or other land uses should be situated in its area. Having a Neighbourhood Plan in place will mean that landowners and developers need to take note of the views of local people when drawing up their development proposals for new sites.

The local community will be able to ensure that well designed development of the appropriate use takes place in the right locations in their neighbourhood. And we will have more authority to prevent inappropriate building developments.
