Otto M. Vondrak is a graphic designer, illustrator, photographer, and free-lance author originally from the suburbs New York. When he's not trackside in some exotic locale photographing trains or chained to his desk meeting the next deadline, he is also president and active volunteer at the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum in Rush, N.Y. Otto is also an avid student of twentieth century editorial and poster design. He joined the staff of Railfan & Railroad Magazine full time in 2011, and was named editor of Railroad Model Craftsman magazine in 2019.
