In addition to spending way too much time on Flickr, I design books.

Most of the photos posted here are for fun, but some have made it into my work. I do not consider myself a "professional protographer," however, by any stroke of the imagination.

In fact, I'm here on Flickr because I'm not a professional photographer and want that level of quality in my photos. The cool social aspect aside, I've learned more about photography on Flickr than I ever thought possible. Thank you for helping to make it a wonderfully creative -- and encouraging -- place.

If I've marked your photo as a favorite, it means not only that I love it, but that it's one I'd love to someday use as part of a book cover project. Only photos that I'd like to use in my work are marked as faves.

If such an opportunity comes along, I'll definitely get in touch -- I'd much rather give you a usage fee than, say, Corbis (part of Microsoft) or Getty (no money there, either).
