I am a complete hack and utter barbarian.

My camera is way smarter than I am.

Any pictures that I've taken that came out looking pretty good are not indicative of any skill on my part.

I don't have any pretensions of being a fine artist, or even a capable photographer.

I take pictures for my own amusement and share them just in case anyone else might enjoy them.

With that in mind, I hope you find something to enjoy about one or another of my pictures.

Disclaimer aside, I'm a Kansas Citian who loves riding her bike around, taking pictures of stuff, gardening, reading, and making clothing. I often combine these interests which results in pictures of the garden or my sewing projects, or pictures taken while out riding my bike.

In fact, I have a self imposed assignment for 2008 in a series of "photo rides" involving riding around specified routes and taking pictures of the buildings and sights along that route. It's the "Urban Photo-Ride" series.
