Astronomy has been a life long fascination of mine. When I was young I would always be near my small telescope as evening approached. The hobby had to be put aside during my working years as late night observing and an early alarm clock did not work for me... However, having recently retired, I decided to resume this hobby and add another one - astrophotography. It is difficult to convey the sense of peace I feel when imaging. Observing and photographing the cosmos tends to puts things in the proper perspective.
