I love looking at things: people, art, history... beauty; therefore Flickr: to see how a rectangle can best be broken into a dynamic composition of colors, shapes, lighting, and subject(s) cleverly framed or displaying their talents within.

My own talents for art have lately come down to collage: marrying the infinite possibilities

of fabric and/or paper into fabric quilts and paper collages. One note: I LIKE that a collage, made of up many bits, need not / does not fit within a perfect rectangle.

Old glassware too has lovely forms and colors when stacked; each bit with its own history.

Trying to divine peoples sensibility and/or artistic sense from their Flickr photostream and Favorites is a fine pass time. Thanks to all [especially in my Favorites] for their large talents.
