I snap whatever comes to mind. Usually, I shoot in bursts. I forget to snap for a few days, then take a bunch. I'm not much into staged photos - the best ones I've taken have been with natural light or when no one is looking. (Um, really the best ones I've taken have been about food...go figure.)

I don't do much post processing. I use iPhoto's adjustments when I underexpose a shot, but for the most part I shoot and push the photo to Flickr Uploader on my MacBook Pro.

I usually use my Nikon D70S, but now have been taking more candids with my Casio Z-1000 (easier to lug around). And in the latest round, I'v been using my iPhone. Convenience does have its advantages.

My company is iFractal where, in addition to organizational consulting, we've also developed tools for HR called KnowHR.

I blog at KnowHR Blog about human resources, and at Frank Roche's Blog, which is kind of about...me.
