I am a new [old] mom, and a [young] grandma. I am fortunate to be able to spend the rest of my life with my soul mate, an amazing man and partner. I am a teacher with Literacy Coach as my current adventure. I love wine, books and great music. I'm new to taking photos and hope that the 365 project (failed the first one, and second, trying my third) will help me take more "real" photos. Mostly I'd just like to get better at documenting our lives in photos and text (via blogging and scrap booking) with a few challenges for myself on the way. I've purchased (or been gifted) several new lenses over the past year and I'm loving experimenting with them! I'm social and enjoy the social aspect of the groups on flickr. I'm a bit worried about it all because, although I love, recognize, and appreciate creativity and art, I am neither creative or an artist. We'll see where this all goes!
