Hello and thanks for visiting. My name is Debbie, owner and professional designer at Optima Graphic & Web Design. I am a freelance artist located in Knapp, Wisconsin. I work one on one with every client to ensure your design is what you envision for your business or personal brand. Starting a new business is expensive and, at times, stressful. I’m here to ease some of your pain by providing quality service at an affordable price.

I have been married to the love of my life for more years then I can keep track of. I’m a proud Mom, and very proud grandma. To keep things exciting, I have four adorable Shih Tzu’s and a couple overweight cats that mean the world to me. I love kids, animals, art, fast cars, loud Rock-n-Roll music, flowers, Lake Superior, Spring time, helping out a neighbor, and the smell of line dried laundry.

Designing graphics and websites became my passion while working in an Office Manager position. I was assigned the task of creating a web presence for the company I was working for. I had no idea where to even begin so started with Microsoft Frontpage, a predesigned template and clipart. From there, I learned how to design graphics, create a logo brand, marketing videos for the web. I loved everything about design and couldn't wait to learn more.

Learning graphic and web design with no skills whatsoever, was very time consuming. The further I dove into it, the more I knew it was time to make a career change. With a lot of determination, patience, discipline and supportive family, I was able to focus solely on learning design until I was confident enough in my skills to provide clients with the best possible service.
