I am a self-motivated single disabled mother with a wide range of experience with dealing with people. I'm able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. Dedicated to helping teens that have been exploited and/or abused.

I just established a Non for Profit Organization called "Operation Pay It Forward, INC that I have been wanting to for years. I plan on finishing my Bylaws and the 1023 form for the IRS so I will be formally recognized by them. That way I can start raising funds to start our 1st big project. We will be building a place called “Empowerment and Hope for the Future Teen Ranch” for teens that have been exploited and/or abused.

We’re not going to be just another teen ranch; we are going to be a Totally Green Teen Ranch, we will have a NO Kill Animal Shelter, A Rescue Stable, non abused horses as well for the teens to learn to ride, we have transitional housing for the teens when they turn of age so they can learn to be on their own before they actually are. While there, they will be learning a different kind of coping skills as they did when they lived in a house with 12 other people. Budgeting and Money Management skills will also be taught to them by them paying 30% of their earnings towards rent that will go back into the program to keep it running. They wont have utilities to pay because we live off of the suns energy; However. I will teach them to put a little away from each paycheck as if they did have to pay it because it is the reality of things plus this will give them some rental history which is what most apartment complexes want. We will also have a dairy cow for our milk, chickens for our eggs, an Organic garden, fruit and nut trees as well. We want to have a Green house so that we will be able to grow all year round, plus be able to grow some fruits and veggies that don’t grow well in Florida.

With Solar Panels being on every building, the houses made out of Green materials, we will have a well and it will run off of Solar as well. There will be Compost that will protect against top soil erosion and we will use it mixed with horse manure for fertilizer for our garden. The Orca will be a big green machine that takes 2400 pounds of waste and turns it into gray water which will not go to waste as it will be used to water the garden and to bath the animals.

This alone will help save the environment, help the animals and most of all it will help the teens to finally have a place to safe again, a place to call home again, and last but definitely least a place to make a full recovery from years of abuse.

Now, as you can see I have a lot going on in my life but Civic Engagement and Service learning has been a huge part of my life and now that my children are grown, I can do the things that I have always dreamed of.

I was in the same boat as these teens and on my own at 15 because I could no longer take the physical, verbal and sexual abuse. If there was a place like this when I was younger, I wouldn't have been living on my own @15 trying to deal with my childhood abuse since I was 4 & figuring out life all on my own.

All I ever wanted was to do is pay it forward to children that are like I was. There was NO ONE there for me and I vowed to start an organization to help them and this Teen Ranch will be what can help save a lot of children.

I had a car in 2009 but my ex roommate put raw shrimp, & raw chicken into my car while I was in CA & I lived in FL. It would have cost me $6000 to have the car completely gutted because they were cloth seats & I had just sunk $2000 for a new motor. Plus she had it towed as well as flattening one of my tires. I felt so alone and didn't know what to do. I moved to Orlando to start over without a car and it has been hard on me because someone wasn't always around so I spent a year without seeing a doctor at all.

As you can see, Civic Engagement & Service Learning is a major part of who I am. In order for me to get to the doctors and to be able to make my vision a reality so I can travel to different Corporations to get Sponsorship for this project as well as keeping "Empowerment & Hope For the Future Teen Ranch" running.

Our Mission Statement is:

Empowering teens that have been exploited and/or abused by giving them the tools and resources to grow into productive citizens in society while healing the wounded child within simultaneously. Also being an Eco Friendly, Animal Friendly Ranch by having a NO Kill Shelter, Rescue Stables and having a totally Green Property.

I am NOT asking for a hand out, just a hand up so I can live as normal a life as I can, get to the doctors for my MS, Epilepsy & Asthma...
