I have always been into costumes and historical clothing, and in the last couple of years the interest has escalated from a modest hobby to an obsession bringing me much joy.

One major inspirational point has been Maria Bjørnson's design for Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom of the Opera". I adore what she created for that musical, bless her, and I've been recreating many of the costumes worn by the heroin Christine Daaé. It's a lot of fun!

But my main interest is still Italian Renaissance. I don't know what's so alluring about it, but I do love it and I've made many Renaissance costumes so far.

Other interests are travelling, languages, art, books, music, singing, designing, Mac, photography and family.
