Open the Cages Alliance (OTCA) is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to exposing and ending animal cruelty and promoting compassionate, healthy and environmentally responsible living through public awareness projects and targeted campaigns.

We are comprised of four Directors, plus additional local volunteers. We serve the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC regions.

OTCA looks forward to working with other social justice organizations to highlight the interconnectedness of oppression and have an impact in our communities. Thank you for your support!
