We are always trying to find the tastiest and healthiest recipes, all the while experimenting with different techniques, ingredients, and often times short cuts to save time and energy. And fortunately, we have the best critics and palette-sensitive kids to "test" our food, our precocious Claire (age 6) and at times off-the-wall Amber (age 4).
