Of course, using the quote "a picture says a thousand words" is a horrendous cliché. Yet I would be hard-pressed to find any other young photographer whose photos can show so much with so little. Olivia Bossert is not only a simply lovely person, but she is an amazing photographer. In her people photography, she manages to capture the fun and vitality of her models like no other. Her photos seem to come quite literally to life. I am also very pleased to see another young photographer like myself becoming enthralled in the dying art of film. Not only does Olivia bring her special vitality to film photography, she manages to play very nicely with light in ways that shows a certain spunk. I like it! Finally, I admire Olivia as an artist. She shows flair and creativity that I find lacks in many of her peers (not here on Flickr, of course). Her pictures show the true vision that all photographers should have and for that I salute her! Well done Olivia!

Olivia is quite the photographer. She thinks she doesn't know much but in an age of digital photography and all kinds of digital editing and correcting even if that were true she'd have no problem. What's strikes one about her photos (other than her sheer beauty in her self-portraits) is that she is amazingly creative. Her creativity takes her places that I could only dream of going with mine and that's what makes a true artist. So in short Olivia is a true artist (not to mention a drop dead gorgeous gal).
