About:

Growing up in Kiel, northern Germany, with the Baltic Sea on my doorstep, I have always had an overwhelming passion for photography, particularly when trying to capture the beauty of my “home waters”. Complemented by new photographic opportunities during a spell living on the Dorset, Hampshire and IW coast, UK, this love of the maritime world enabled me to further develop my photography which is dedicated to capturing the essential atmosphere of the land-sea interface.

I now live near my native Kiel.
