I have an 80 y.o. brain in a 40 y.o. body, so I have no memory to speak of. Photos pick up where my lamebrain leaves off.

I marvel at the artistry of Flickr members and my dream of dreams is to capture something someone whose not related to me would want to hang on her wall. Since I lack a few key ingredients to good photography (namely talent, perseverance, patients), I resort to the only means available: good equipment and 'can't miss' subjects. All I have to do is point & shoot. Over-compensation ... that's the ticket!
