I try to eat from the cake of life from a lot of sides at the same time. I'm a software developer, I play the church organ, I fly gliders and I dance tango - and between it all I try to nurse my newfound addiction for photography. So expect photos of just about everything in my stream :-)

Regarding groups with forced commenting

A lot of groups on flickr have rules about commenting - "Post one, comment 3" or such. This generates a lot of traffic at photos which probably increases interestingness. However, I have stopped posting my images to those groups, as I find that this generates "false" interest. I'd much rather that people comment on my photos because they feel like doing so.

Also, a lot of these groups have obnoxious flashing badges. which I'd rather avoid.

Therefore, invites to such groups will respectfully be declined.

This doesn't mean that I will not comment on peoples photos, of course :-)

But it means that if you received a positive comment from me, it was because I felt like commenting, not because I had to comment just to promote my own images.
