I was heavily involved in photography as a hobby in the days of film, did a lot of B&W darkroom work, bulk-loaded Tri-X, that sort of thing. Weapon of choice was an old but rock-solid Nikon F coupled with a Gossen Lunasix meter and a selection of lenses. Wow that was a heavy kit!

Now I'm being more practical and following my Dad's philosophy that the best camera is the one you have with you always, and right now that's a Canon G9 for me.
