The etymology of Olga is leading to Old Norse name Heilagr which means "holy, blessed". Those words are saying the same as her pictures are telling us, Olga is blessed. Her images are touching, they constantly awaken the senses. The link between each photo is poetry and a simple kind of sensuality. She is using colours like no other, even though each of us perceives colours uniquely, across time and culture, her combinations are certainly affecting people's sensibility. The most important thing about Olga is that she is softly carrying us to her process of creativity and little by little we become more sensitive to a wider range of emotions. For all those reasons we can say that she has succeed her task as a genuine artist. Watching her pictures is always a moment of bliss and I am happy to be her Flickr friend. Namaste, Laurent.
