I'm relatively new to photography. In the past few years I have been using photography as a means of getting outside and enjoying the world around me. I'm currently using a Nikon CoolPix P510 with a telephoto lens and plan to upgrade to a DSLR. Photography makes me look closely at everything around me and I find something wonderful to photograph every time I go out. Most of my photos are taken within walking distance of my home and the discoveries are endless.
