I work as a programmer (at the moment I'm managing a team of software developers), I have a family. I used to live in Kiev, Ukraine, but after certain sad events had to move and now reside in Krakow, Poland. I like photography but I like it in some weird way, I can't really tell what kind of photos I like. I used to chase "perfection" - perfect sharpness, perfect color balance, perfect horizon, zero perspective distortions, but when I looked on photos of other people I realized that I'm drawn to something else. Good photos, which I really like, capture something essential, even if they are taken on cheap phone in atrocious light. I don't really know how that works, but I'm fascinated to explore. I don't follow people whose photostreams consist primarily of erotic photos. I think sexuality and eroticism are important aspects of human life and deserve to be depicted tastefully, but when they become the sole focus and the only theme in one's imagination and art, it starts to feel unsettling.
