Since 2009, Oakland Digital has been a pioneering non-profit agency, empowering young talent of color to craft impactful social marketing campaigns for under-resourced, women-owned small businesses. We're shaping the next generation of creatives by offering real-world experiences with Oakland small businesses, coupled with mentorship from design and tech professionals, leading to 21st-century employment. Our efforts have injected $2.5M into the local economy, positively affecting over 3,000 individuals, including lower-income small business owners (ages 40+), design students (ages 18-34), and entrepreneurs in transition.
