Hello, One and All!

Thanks for Visiting my site! It's my humble attempt to share my photos and my life with you! I love it here on Flickr. It's wonderful viewing all the terrific photos and art work that folks put out there to share, and I love making friends and getting to know you.

I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area over 30 years now, and call it home. I love nature, and our involvement in all that it has to offer, and try to do a lot of camping and wandering along country roads. I'm a stickler for a person and their pets - you'll see a lot of pooches in my faves! I have always enjoyed photography, and find it to be a great medium of expression. My photo stream doesn't always follow a set pattern.... I have a lot of interests.

Over the last decade, my pursuits have been in the field of Chinese Medicine - acupuncture, herbs and body work. Healing plays a big part in my life - whether it be through acupuncture, hands-on approach, or simply through laughter!

I take great delight in photography! I seek photos that beg for a story. Photos of our interactions with the world's ebb and flow are particularly appealing. Each shot directs our thoughts to the sheer joy, and sometimes the shattering pain, of everyday life.

I enjoy viewing and sharing photos with everyone. All photos on my site were taken by me - save a couple that were taken of me by friends. Please, don't add me as a friend if you don't have any photos to share in your stream. You know, that's the point of being on Flickr! And, please, don't use my shots elsewhere without asking me first.
