I am a Colorado-based amateur photographer and world traveler. I prefer adventure sports, landscape and wildlife photography.

I've worked as a photo-illustrator in a commercial photography studio. I've also art-directed studio photo shoots. For years I worked in digital imaging, making color separations on a drum scanner and outputting large-format prints for fine art and commercial applications.

These days I'm a software engineer by profession, but I've become more serious about my photography. Last year I invested in a pro DSLR, lens, and accessories for a photo safari in Tanzania. My photos continue to improve... but there is always room for improvement.
