NSW Maritime is a regulatory authority in Australia with a vision to 'serve our boating community'. We are a safety regulator for commercial and recreational vessels. We also provide policy advice to government on port-related activities and own and manage the seabed of the major ports such as Newcastle, Sydney, Botany Bay and Port Kembla. Our head office is Sydney but we have operational centres across the State.
