Jessica Parrott, a self-taught in all culinary delights, bakes her days away creating homemade cakes, cupcakes, and other tasty treats all by hand and from scratch. Only the finest ingredients are used from real butter to fresh cream, pure extracts to rich chocolate, fresh fruit, seasonal flowers. Each cake is completely custom and made to order in her kitchen in Portland, Maine.

Having always been a creative person, Jessica found food, specifically pastries, to be her favorite medium for expressing her creativity. Jessica started making a few cakes for friends and family but as word got out about her fabulous cakes she began to offer her custom creations to one and all.

Jessica is motivated by the new and constant challenges of creative beautiful delicious and unique cake. Inspiration can strike any time and comes from everywhere - art, fabric, an invitation, the seasons, architecture, music and most important you! Each cake is individually designed to match you and the event your celebrating.
