I was born and raised in Nottingham (yes, Robin Hood, no, no castle at Nottingham castle). Married and have a son, a daughter and have gained another daughter. One dog and a goldfish. Have lived in Cornwall and Germany. I now live in Devon in the countryside with the Kuh’s & sheep. I have graphic design qualifications and have designed book covers, posters, logos and business cards. I design my own tags for the things I sell (the fairies were drawn by my Mother). I love painting and have had a solo exhibition of my work. I love all types of arts and crafts, floristry, photography, architecture, history, genealogy and archaeology. At the moment my craft medium is wood, and mostly I use willow, hence my website name willow moon. All my creations are from an artistic point of view rather than a use or purpose. I spend the majority of my time at the computer, in the wood shed or doing the school run.
