I love baking, and find it a major stress reliever. My favorite kitchen tools are my KitchenAid mixer, silicone spatulas, and this incredible product that peels, cores, and slices apples.

I have no formal training, and taught myself to pipe by buying a pastry bag and tip and just going at it.

The earlier photos were taken with a Canon A70. The more recent ones were taken with a Canon SD1000. I obviously know absolutely nothing about photography, but I do try my best to not include my kitchen sink in the photos. Sadly, you can usually spot it.
