Hello, I am John and now sixty-seven I lived in Inverness, in the North of Scotland for 34 years and have now returned to my roots in Ayrshire. I am self employed and work from home. I used a Fuji Finepix A201 2mp up until October 2007 when I switched to a Fuji Finepix S5800 8mp bridge camera. In January 2009 I acquired a Canon EOS 1000D. In 2010 I moved to an EOS 450D and now also have a Sony Cybershot HX50. My main hobbies are photography, gardening and travel. I especially like France, rural France, as can be seen from some of my photos, where very little English is spoken.
