Londoner who grew up in Australia. After graduating from architecture at Curtin University, resided in Graz (Lend, Grieskai) and Vienna (III. Erdbergstrasse), Austria. Then taught architecture at Curtin in the 1990s until the early millennium in Perth, (Mount Pleasant, North Perth, Northbridge) then London (Bloomsbury, Kings Cross, Regents Canal and Vauxhall). Lived and worked in international development in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia and also Frankfurt (briefly) before developing the PhD on street design in King's Cross and Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel .
