At "Leithy" it was clear to my Teachers that I was 'good at Art'. I laugh at one of my 'Report Cards' the comment said that I "Was a good drawer". I'm sure I'm not 'related' to furniture! The various qualifications in it, over several years can testify this. None seem to apply to any woodwork! At two schools: Leith Academy &George Heriot's in addition to seven Colleges of Further Education (F/T or D/R). I'm qualified to "Degree Level" at least three times - that'll explain why I've been unemployed since a different century? The 'Cover' is at Cramond Foreshore. NONE of my photographs is edited. I crop and level things up: But that's a 'correction' NOT an edit. It is something I don't do. *Google, "Wet Cramond" for the one on the top-left (below).

Nik also has an ability to see what others will miss and compose an interesting shot out of quite unlikely situations/subjects. His take on architectural photography is particularly inspiring to me. While Nik is very knowledgable on all aspects of photography (and I mean very) he is not afraid to bend the 'rules' and come up with the most effective compositions. His droll humour is apparent in the many shots he has taken of unusual and/or silly signs/situations etc. Och! Just dive into his stream and sets and you will see what I mean! Great work Nik and thanks for all the advice I have received over the months gone by and to come... H
