I am born and bred in Warsaw but now seriously thinking about moving away from there, probably abroad. I studied Polish language and literature, specialising in teaching and "community art". That meant lots of social anthropology and some definitely artistic workshops, eg. painting, music etc., mixed up with project management skills.

For almost 2 years I've worked as an English teacher. I also speak Russian, some Italian, a little German, and Dutch. The last one led me to The Netherlands some time ago and I try to come back there every 2-3 months.

More details about my photos: I took a short, basic course in B&W photography in Scheersberg, Germany, organised by The University of Bielefeld, Faculty of Art and Music. I started off using an old Soviet SLR 'Zenit-E' and a 37mm lens. Some photos published here (eg. those from Germany and The Netherlands) were taken with that camera. Now I use a Nikon f90x and two Nikkor lenses: 28-105mm and 70-210mm.
