Nightflying - The Entertainment Guide, was established on December 8, 1980 under the spiritual direction of PR Grunion. Since then we've informed the Mid-South on matters ranging from new music releases, to who is playing where, to music festival and events across America. It's primarily a work-guide for musicians around the mid-South, and a public guide for music lovers to follow their favorite players, as well as the original Facebook-type publication for the region. One of the founding publications of SXSW, as well as King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, The Hot Springs Blues Festival, Riverfront Blues Festival in Fort Smith, The Arkansas River Blues Festival in Little Rock and North Little Rock, The Eureka Springs Blues Festival, August In Arkansas, Crossroads in Memphis, and nearly every music festival in Arkansas since 1980.
