I have loved food ever since I can remember. I have had a variety of exposure to different types of foods. I grew up in south Florida, lived a few years in Texas, and lived in France . I now live in Germany.

I love to travel, and I have visited 12 countries (so far).

Technically, I am a transportation/city planner, but I mostly do freelance and volunteer work for the city where I live in Germany. Although, many days I day dream about what it would have been like to go to a culinary institute and learn from the pros. Not only do I love good-tasting food, but I love beautiful food as well.
