First I should say that it's RAIN-SPOO and not RAINS-POO. Not that it's much better that way around!!!

I love the weird looks people give me when I'm out with my camera. I have a Canon EOS 400D for which I have several lenses, and a Canon IXUS 400 which sparked my interest in photography.

I'm a transplanted American living in England. I believe in karma and I tell things as they are. My father was military so I've lived all over the place, but home would be closest in Albuquerque, NM.

I love to meet new people and Flickr is a great place to do it. People have said that I somewhat tell a story of what's going on with me in my pictures, I suppose that's true. I have a fairly decent eye, but I'm not overly technical, and I ALWAYS try to make a positive comment on every photo I look at because life is too short to dwell on the negative. Hopefully if you're reading this you're looking to becoming a contact of mine ... so I'll hope to speak to you soon.

rainspoo's photosteam is more like a film than a photostream! it was impossible to choose a pic to write a comment on because they all tell an interesting story. the pic content is great and rainspoo seems like an interesting character.

stephanie's stream is such a sight for sore eyes, because it's teeming with life. she records her world with such sensitivity -- waiting at the train station on her way to work, cuddling with the neighbor's cat who wanders in, capturing her own highs and lows -- it's like she's invited us to follow her along through her life. and what an honor that is! she's also one of the most sweetest, most courageous people i've encountered in this world.

Steph has a keen eye for a good photo, her photo's are very interesting and not of the Garden variety. Is a pleasure to sift through her photo's.
