John founded Nichols Construction Team in 1983 with his father Jim and his brother Brad. John has more than 30 years of construction experience. As president and CEO, John oversees all business operations as well as the overall construction management process ensuring that day-to-day operations meet or exceed the expectations of their clients. John manages all pre-construction services (budgets, estimates, value engineering), evaluates the client’s needs, develops project delivery strategies and obtains all necessary approvals. Leveraging his depth of experience and network, John helps clients find and acquire public incentive funding, as well as all available energy and utility grants and abatements. John takes great pride in helping clients see their dreams become realities and always strives to develop business relationships that are based on respect, trust, and honesty.
